Step One: Fill'er Up.
Use your empty bobbin box as the return package. Pat yourself on the back, you're not only recycling the cores but the box as well. Fill it to the top with your used cores. It will take approximately 500 white L-style cores or 800 blue M-style cores. Don't worry about exact numbers, but please do keep the M and L cores separate. Please note that you must fill the box to the top with cores to receive the rebate check. |
Step Two: Grab a pen.
Fill out the Rebate Coupon that you found waiting in the bottom of the box along with the shipping label. Set the shipping label aside. You'll need it in step three. Take your time filling out the Rebate Coupon. No chicken scratch, please. We need to know who to make the check out to. After you fill out the Rebate Coupon, set it on top of the bobbin cores and close the box. |
Step Three: Ship 'em out.
Grab the shipping label you set aside in the last step. Take a moment or two and read the information on the back to familiarize yourself with the return instructions. After you have read the info, peel it away from the sticker and affix the label to the side of the box. You can even use the label to seal the box closed so you don't have to waste tape. Save the little strip at the bottom of the label with the tracking number so you can see the cores make there way home by visiting www.ups.com and entering the tracking number. Pay special attention not to fold the barcodes over any corners. Keep them flat, please.
Use only one label per full box. Do not ship group boxes with one label.

Step Four: Bon Voyage
Hand the package off to your local friendly UPS carrier or take a moment on your lunch break and drop it off at the nearest UPS drop box. Expect karma in the form of a check in about 4-6 weeks. These bobbins are on their way to a new life. |
